Þorsteinn teaches Icelandic language and Icelandic literature at Keilir in Iceland. He has been flipping his classroom since 2012 and has taken part in implementing the flipped classroom model at Keilir since then. He has hosted various workshops and given talks on flipping at Keilir and at other schools in Iceland.
Hjördís is an Icelandic language teacher at Keilir Academy and Sund Grammar School in Iceland. She has been using flipped methods since she started teaching in 2013 and is always looking for ways to further develop her methods.

Ívar is a teacher at Sudurnes Comprehensive College and FLIP teacher of the year 2017 in Iceland: Flipped Learning in Vocational Education and Training.
Sigrún Svafa is a Danish Teacher at Keilir Academy in Iceland. She teaches adults at secondary school level. She has been flipping since 2012 and is constantly developing the teaching methods and trying new things. Her focus is on language teaching and working with adults. She is also a mentor for new teachers in Keilir, guiding them how to start flipping for first time, and working with other teachers develop the teaching methods in the whole school.
